Challenge
Amid the large-scale international aid response to Ukraine, there was a critical need for a centralized digital platform to coordinate the activities of multiple donor agencies, governments, and humanitarian organizations. The absence of a shared system risked duplication of efforts, inefficient fund allocation, and limited transparency. The platform needed to support secure, structured information sharing, ensure ease of access for multi-level stakeholders, and align with international coordination frameworks.
Solution
Veedoo collaborated with the initiative to design a comprehensive web platform built on a foundation of usability, clarity, and scalability. Following UX/UI reviews and usability testing with donor and policy stakeholders, the team developed a new information architecture and a modular design system to support structured data, progress tracking, and transparent reporting. Built on WordPress, the platform ensures ease of content management and adaptability to evolving needs. Multilingual support and accessible design standards were integrated to accommodate a global user base.
