FENIX, an EU-backed initiative, set out to create the first federated architecture for data sharing across Europe’s transport and logistics sectors. To support this vision, the consortium required a digital platform that could present complex technical information in a clear, accessible way and facilitate stakeholder collaboration across diverse user groups, including public authorities, logistics operators, and infrastructure providers.
Solution
Veedoo conducted a thorough UX/UI review and usability testing to understand user behaviors across sectors. Based on findings, the team restructured the platform’s information architecture to improve discoverability of key technical resources and project updates. A modular design system was implemented to support scalability, while the web platform was redesigned to meet the needs of multilingual, multi-stakeholder audiences. The final product reflects FENIX’s strategic goals for openness, interoperability, and technical standardization.
