The reason we came up with the name of Go Help Now is because we realize that during a humanitarian disaster or relief period people want to help. There is a lot of good in people, and we want to be able to give people opportunities in the three ways that we think we can, which is promoting volunteerism, giving them the ability to provide cash grants and looking for safe housing solutions for people. And this is something we can apply for future.

Go Help Now, a multinational humanitarian startup, set out to create a digital platform that empowers people to respond quickly and meaningfully during crises. The organization needed to build a trusted, user-friendly brand and web platform that connects volunteers with urgent projects, facilitates cash donations, and provides access to safe housing solutions. The challenge was to design a scalable system that inspires action, simplifies access to humanitarian efforts, and adapts to future emergencies.

Solution

Veedoo began by developing the organization’s visual identity and branding to reflect urgency, compassion, and trust. A comprehensive information architecture and modular design system were then created to support the platform’s three core functions: volunteer matching, donation processing, and housing coordination. The platform was built with usability and accessibility in mind, ensuring ease of navigation for both first-time and returning users. Usability testing with international users helped refine flows and improve engagement across devices and regions.

Impact

The Go Help Now platform successfully launched as a centralized hub for humanitarian action.
